The property is convenient to Earls Court station. However, the rooms are very tiny and the bathrooms dirty. There is also no lift which is difficult if you have to carry large suitcases up and down three flights of stairs
Reception staff were hanging about outside when I arrived. Took a few minutes to find my booking. Room was on the fifth floor and building has no lift. Complimentary water, tea and coffee but no fridge for a cold drink. Fire doors on staircase were wedged open. Shower door was broken and shower was dirty. Good location for Underground.
I did not stay in this hotel. When I got there it had mould in it and stank. There was water running through a spot light in the corridor. The mattress was spring. I had to leave as it was that bad
This establishment is close to everything, especially the train station, accessible to everything, like restaurant and grocery you won't be hassled. Good to stay here.
This property was horrible. I trusted that a "hotel" had certain standars or expectations. I should have read the reviews. There was no AC or fan. We left the windows open for circulation and then our room was filled with flies. The hotep page noted their was no elevator, why not note there was no AC. The bathroom and plumbing smelled so bad. The duvet was stained and gross. We booked 4 nights and asked for clean towels halfway through and he didnt have any and only had jand towels to give us. It just made for a really crappy stay.
I don’t usually do reviews but had to for this one. Well, where do I start. If you like the smell of sewerage and filth, showers that don’t drain water, and no one to meet you at reception then this hotel is highly recommended.

It is a okay place to stay on a budget. The location made it easy to get around the London.
Room was downstairs in the basement no windows to open. Picture of the hotel are misleading it is not a true reflection of the room. No one in reception door handle hanging off which left me feeling very unsafe all night.
Single bed with a dip in the middle. Pillow flatter than a pancake poor night sleep. Would not recommend
Good location, friendly reception. Room No.2 Ground Floor. Bathroom clean and adequate. Bedroom clean but requires a major refurb, the bed mattress was very poor and uncomfortable. We needed a hotel on a budget this was just about ok.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Left minutes after checking in and went to a different hotel. Worst experience with hotel ever. Building was dark and dingy, door on room wasn’t attached to door properly, broken window in room covered with tape, shared patio door didn’t securely close. Broken glass shelves in bathroom - shower was visibly dirty. Room must have been 30 degrees and had a broken fan. DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was non-refundable and probably because no-one stays. Did not feel safe to leave belongings there unattended or to stay longer than the 5 minutes we took to book a different hotel.
A bit disappointed the room was advertised as having a queen bed and a single, with and en suite. We got there and room was on the 4th floor (no lift but the staff helped with luggage) we had a small double bed and a single (that the middle had a big dip in). The bathroom was practically a walk in cupboard and smelt foul (the smell was coming from the drainage). We complained about all the issues to be informed that we were unable to be moved due to being fully booked with no mention of a discount or partial refund. (This had nothing to do with the staff at the building thay at to contact management who told them this.) The staff were extremely helpful otherwise and we can't fault them.
Nothing was good except for the hotel's location! They expected me to go through the 5-day stay with just one towel and one roll of toilet paper. There was no heating, and they never took anything we said seriously. They just sold the room and disappeared.
This hotel has no staff and you are expected to check in online before arrival. I came with my family; we found the room and corridors dirty, the bathroom was covered in damp and mould. WiFi did not work. Quite the worst hotel I have used in London in 30 years of visiting the city.
