Appreciated the spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable and big bed in the deluxe king room. We had a pretty far walk to our room from the elevator so request something closer since it is a large hotel. Staff and employees were very nice and welcoming and accommodating. Enjoyed the onsite bar and restaurant several times after days spent exploring London and shopping on Oxford Street outside.

Great central location right next to tube station and across from Hyde Park. Also next to great shopping options on Oxford Street. Very clean bedroom with good amenities and layout. Staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioning was a godsend during heatwave (34 degrees outside!). The executive lounge was very useful for snacks and drinks in the late afternoon when we were resting in the hotel and before heading out for the evening. Good selection of food and drinks at the lounge, including bubbly and wines.
