The staff was friendly and super helpful with every request. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything well stocked. The location was incredible as it was a quick walk to Trafalgar square and close to the different shows on West End. The train station is connected to the building, which helped when getting cabs to take us to and from the hotel. Family friendly. The hotel is very centrally located and is right next to the Charing Cross train station, which makes it very convenient to get around London. Plus there are always cabs waiting in the lot in front. There is a food market and pharmacy in that complex, as well as many restaurants and stores very close by. The hotel itself has a wonderful restaurant and cocktail bar. The rooms are very convenient with amenities, fitness center. The staff is very helpful and very nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.
