Great hotel featured a pool sauna ans steam room and gym sadly unable to use as didn't get time. Breakfast was great and the freshly made pancakes made the kids soo happy. The only thing is the room was dusty and not sure about the fridge if it was working. After checking out, we was given free donuts which the kid's loved.!

Clean, comfortable room. Nice cool temperature indoors during the May bank holiday heatwave along with ice buckets in the rooms, and very easy access for Excel. Only gripe is wishing the rooms had normal bathroom doors instead of a heavy sliding-mirror situation, as there is no privacy even in a room designed for sharing for showering or using the toilet. Pool and sauna facilities were a very welcome treat and easily accessed with spare towels and easy to use lockers with your room keycard.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my visit. Unfortunately the shower in our room had a dreadful sewage smell. We reported this in the afternoon but it had worsened on our return late evening. Eventually we had to move rooms at midnight. The hotel did discount our parking for the inconvenience which was a nice gesture. Apart from that, the hotel was lovely and modern, the bar was great as was the breakfast in the morning. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We would go back assuming the sewage problem was a one off and we were just unlucky.

Lovely stay and lovely stay. You can watch the planes take off and land. Which my daughter loved. Very convenient location. We like this hotel as it is reasonably priced, has a 24hr gym, half decent pool, sauna and steam room. It is also 2 minutes away from the DLR (docklands light railway) giving easy access to central London and the west end. We always book parking through 'Your Parking Space' If you do this you can cut that car parking costs in half although you will have a 5 minute walk to the hotel itself.
