This was a great stay. The location was excellent and very near the tube station. Lots of good eating and drinking places near by. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the free breakfast was a surprise and welcomed. Decor and Hotel, a little dated, but all in all, fantastic value for money, I will be back.

Great area, only 5 minutes to the Paddington train station. But no warm water or any comfort in this hotel. Would only recommend to stay one night.

The location was great. Short walking distance from the Paddington Station, and access from bus stops nearby. Being accompanied by pigeons outside of the window was some times irritating, but otherwise the stay was a pleasant.

Enjoyable stay.

Comfortable stay, only thing that lets it down is the lack of parking. Had a really nice continental breakfast the next morning.

Nice budget hotel near Paddington

Great hotel near Paddington. Nice and clean room. Was cold night in London but room was very warm. Comfy bed and nice clean ensuite. Wifi was not good, unable to connect in my room. Definitely would stay again.

I was staying on the top floor, which was difficult to get to with a suitcase via the small stairs. No lift in operation. The room itself had everything you need. Including kettle, linen, towels, hairdryer, coffee & tea supplies. The bed was positioned under the window, so you did hear the traffic, got light through the window and a draft. There was no warm water in the morning, even after letting the shower run for 5 minutes. The staff was not interested when checking in, no personal or positive touch at all. Staying for one night? It'll do, but i wouldnt recommend a longer stay, which is a shame, as this could be a great accommodation if more cleaning (the shower was very dirty!!), warm water and attentive staff were the norm.
