On arrival reception was very welcoming. My room was very clean and bright with an equally clean bathroom. Food in the cafe was excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel was great, clean and the staff were excellent and met you with a smile. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of it. I was on a trip with my son to go to Wembley and this hotel was perfect for that with a short bus ride to the stadium. My only gripe was the heating in the room was not working. It was late when we go back and being January it was very cold. There was a small electric heater in the room which we used to get through. Aside from the cold which I suspect was just something broken and will get fixed (I mentioned it in the morning) the stay was great and very good value.
