Rooms were cleaned daily, the atea was relatively quiet, and the staff were always available if any questions arose. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable hotel in a very good location near Paddington Station. Great for walks through Hyde Park, or along the Regents canal. Some decent pubs and restaurants close by. Will stay here again

The hotel is located near Paddington Station with several restaurants and shops within walking distance. I was able to walk to several tourist landmarks and public transportation such as the tube, trains, cabs were available as well. The staff was excellent, especially the manager who had several recommendations for sightseeing and dining. The room I had was recently upgraded and was both comfortable and quiet. There was a full breakfast available and the front desk was staffed day/night for any other additional requests for towels, water, snacks. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return whenever I am traveling to the UK.
