It was ok. Front counter staffs were so nice. Room 103 hallway floor was making some noises as you walk but bed and living rooms were very nice and clean. Very comfortable bed. Kitchenette came very handy. Location is great.

This was a wonderful location just across from the tube. You can walk to many sightseeing activities as well. This is a spacious apartment for my family of five, and is very clean. It is in the city and you will hear people on the street and at nearby pubs which was no a problem for us.

Great spot near Liverpool Street Station

This was a great place to stay just across from the Liverpool Street Station. The apartment was very spacious and met our needs. Note that there is not air conditioning, but the fan was great. It was also great to be able to park our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thanks!

This is a middle of the road property. It’s not super nor is it disgusting. It has what you need but it’s not up to date and a tad dirty around the property. There is a tube close by which is nice for travel.

The hotel is centrally located near Liverpool Street. However we had a room facing bishopsgate road and the windows in the living room was broken and didn’t close properly so the noise was unbearable. The spare bed for a child was setup in this room but they couldn’t sleep we had to move them into the bedroom. Also one of the bedrooms there was no window to open so it was incredibly stuffy. I wouldn’t recommend to stay here in summer as no air on or opening window. However the concierge staff work 24/7 and were great.

The location was excellent and so convenient for public transportation and restaurants, pubs and really anything’s you might need. The problem is that the hotel is not air conditioned and you cannot open the windows for airflow. Every room in the apartment has a heavy door that can’t be propped open so there is no air flow. The weather in London was in the 80’s so the apartment got very hot throughout the day and it was very hard to sleep. The mattress was overly soft and had a big slope in the middle. Otherwise the accommodations were fine. Nothing fancy.

A great spot to explore London. Good transport options close by. The apartment was spacious and generally quiet. Not a great view but not important as we were out most of the time. Will definitely stay again.

Our First Try of an Aparthotel Not so Sure

There was an air conditioner in the room that did not work. The kitchen did not have complete service for two. On our second night, the cieling in the bathroom began leaking. After pressure from us, the management switched our room. Their first proposed solution was that we use a bathroom across the hall when needed. Not accpetable!
