One of the best experience.

If you enjoy a quiet place where close to the beach, this is your next destination. All of the staff are friendly and welcome you. The simple breakfast was also fantastic and enough for me. The shower room is an open-roof style so the sky was beautiful while taking a shower. I thought it was very thoughtful to prepare a bottle of mosquito repellent. One of the tips for traveling Gili Air Island is that many places prefer CASH. Indonesia has a good cashless payment system and many places accept credit cards. There are ATMs but if you are traveling from other countries, you might want to prepare some Indonesian Rp before hand. (Ocean 5 accepts credit/debit cards but there are some charges.)

Really helpful, friendly staff (told us the best places to snorkle and where not to, and info about the island. Also let is have an erly check in which was appreciated. Good pool. Very close to the port so ideal if you have an early boat.

Great location next to boat jetty. Great place for scuba diving certification and dive trips The food at restaurant was not tasty. That was the only negative. There are other nearby places to eat.

great diving resort in front of jetty

Great stay at ocean5 with the family. Close to the jetty, rooms are clean and quiet. Beaches are just a few minutes away as the island is very small. Owner Sander and staff are very sympathetic. My daughters aged 11 & 13 did the discover scuba program and won’t forget their first dive soon! Dive instructor very parient and professional. 2 well maintained pools. I clearly recommend

My least favourite place in Lombok & Bali on our trip. I was so excited to book given the reviews especially by families but it was average at best and I specifically changed my dates / plans to stay there. All about diving. Clearly given the name. I wasn’t into the vibe and spent little time there. My ciild didn’t want to hang there either. It’s right opposite the harbour which is good for travel but not for swimming.

Bodde i bungalow vid poolen. Mysig. Fint badrum med öppen dusch. Tyvärr så var det störande ljud från poolens ”maskinrum” som gjorde att det inte var trevligt att sitta på verandan. Personalen var supertrevliga. Frukost i caféet bredvid. Var a la carte, men tyvärr inte samma mat som betalande besökare på caféet fick. Om man beställer smoothie bowl görs den på frusna jordgubbar vilket känns extremt märkligt när de har färsk drakfrukt och papaya. Inget vanligt kaffe ingick heller bara Lombok kaffe eller ett glas juice. Finns förbättringar att göra där. Vill du bo nära hamnen så toppen. Föredrar du att ha det lugnare välj sydöstra sidan.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed. Bathroom was full with ants, sheets had a huge brown stain and aircon was so loud couldnt sleep. They cleaned the garden front of our room around 6:30am and it was very loud. Staff were friendly. Great places around to watch the sunset and have drinks
