Staff were good, the room & cleanliness was good, comfy beds & pillows. Pool area was nice, filtered water on site for free, complementary biscuits in the room & welcome drink. The lady at the front was always friendly & gave tips on places to see. Felt so welcomed here.

Lovely stay at Lavella Villas with a nice breakfast including coffee or tea and fruit. The lady on reception was always helpful. Recommend staying at Lavella Villas. To improve further, suggest an insect mess on the bathroom window to prevent mosquitos and avoid having to keep the bathroom door closed which would help with ventilation noting evidence of mould on the bathroom roof (unit 5).

We had a lovely stay at this property, the rooms were nice and the pool and pool area were so nice to sit around. Arina and Firman were so lovely and helpful, especially when my gf was sick they resply helped her. The bathroom probably needs a little better ventilation as it smelled quite damp and the shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature. But overall it was a very good stay and would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lavella. The personnel is lovely and always willing to help. The room was comfortable and clean. It was also pretty quiet given the accommodation is far from the busy roads. It's approximately at 7min from the main street where you can find the restaurants and shops which is doable but something to take into account if you were not planning to walk a lot. If you have a scooter then it's very easy.

Geweldig hotel om te verblijven. Wij hadden een leuke huisje bij het zwembad. De medewerkers zijn erg vriendelijk. Het dorpje Kuta ligt op 10 min. lopen ( wel donker), waardoor het hotel uit de drukte ligt.

Lavela villas es pequeño lugar tranquilo . Bien equipado con un excelente trato por parte del personal que es muy familiar, siempre muy atento y pendiente de tus necesidades. Siempre atentos no sólo al cuidado de las habitaciones y el servicio , sino también del jardín y plantas , piscina , entorno ... etc . Muy cerca del centro de Kuta punto de conexión social , comercial .. etc Fácil parking vigilado para motos y algún coche , ( el método más cómodo en la isla es la moto ). Agua ok . A C - ok . Suficiente distancia del pequeño ajetreo de pueblo . Disfrutar . No me pagan por decir todo esto .. jajaja

This property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was very reasonably priced compared to downtown which led us to dining in more. They are not really a full on restaurant so plan I’m waiting up to an hour for more complicated dishes, however, you can just wait to be served by the pool or the room so it’s all right!

Très bel hôtel à Kuta

Hôtel à taille humaine, très bien entretenu, avec belle piscine. Les chambres sont très belles et le personnel très accueillant. Ils est un peu reculé du centre mais cela rest rapide même à pied. Le seul petit défaut est le petit dejeuner sucré pas assez copieux comme dans beaucoup d'hôtels de ce pays.
