Bijou rooms in a pleasant hotel in the very centre of town. Good quality breakfast. There is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel and had we realised this beforehand we would have planned to go there. Next time!

The room was very clean and kept so by with daily cleaning team . The beds were very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great too. The corridors could benefit from an upgrade as they were a bit bland and looked tired. Unfortunately some of the guests ( on my floor) didn’t adhere to the no smoking policy which concerned me enough to mention it to the reception team. I didn’t want an evacuation in the middle of the night ! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and housekeeping was similarly welcoming. I didn’t eat in the hotel as I was visiting family so ate with them however, It’s a great central location so very easy to use as a base to get around Logroño so for me was a perfect location. . I’d definitely consider returning for that reason.

Very disappointing

Website clearly stated parking was on a first come basis, so we arrived early about 1500 only to be told it was full as other guests had requested parking spaces. If you have a policy either enforce it or annoy other customers.

Mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. Bien que la chambre soit en apparence confortable et propre, il se trouve que les chambres du premier étage n'ont pas régulièrement d'eau chaude et le chauffage/climatisation ne marche pas durant le printemps. Concrètement, nous étions deux couples et nous avons séjournés deux nuits dans cet établissement. Le premier soir, le premier couple a voulu se doucher vers 20h mais pas d'eau chaude. L'eau devait tout juste être à 16°c. L'une des personnes descend donc signaler cela à l'accueil qui informe que l'eau devrait revenir. Par contre aucune possibilité de faire marcher le chauffage alors que les nuits étaient plutôt froide au moment où nous y étions (5°/7°). Le deuxième couple dont je fait parti est rentré plus tard et j'ai donc voulu me doucher à 22h30. Quelle surprise que de ne pas avoir à mon tour d'eau chaude. J'attends quelques heures mais à 0h30 toujours rien. Je finis par descendre à l'accueil et une autre personne me donne une version différente et la seule solution proposée et de nous mettre dans des étages supérieurs... A 0h30, pas vraiment envie de déplacer toutes mes affaires... Je préviens Hôtel.com de la situation. Le lendemain matin, l'eau chaude est revenue et je crois naïvement que le problème est réglé... Et bien non, de nouveau le soir quand je rentre après un longue journée de marche, toujours pas de possibilité d'avoir une bonne douche chaude!!! C'est inadmissible! Aucun geste commercial n'a été fait à ce jour.

Bonne tenue, et excellent accueil. Le seul problème rencontrés est l'eau chaude, le premier soir pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain, deuxième soir idem. Si vous choisissez cet hôtel il faut prendre la chambre au troisième ou quatrième étape car la chaufferie est sur le toit.

Sobre o café da manhã achamos 'caro' por pessoa €15. Pois viajamos muito e ficamos em hotéis resort e até de 4 estrelas, com recepção no quarto com água, ou bombons, 1 drink de cortesia no bar... e o valor, do café da manhã era bem menos. Por ser este Murruiá um hotel de 3 estrelas.
