“This was just an 8 hour stay between flights. Checked in no real problem. The lady behind the counter couldn’t decide if she was cleaning the desk area or serving her customer. Her English was poor. The room keyboardcomes in the form of a text message. A long walk takes us to the door. A degree in micro electronics is required to open it. What is wrong with a physical key? Contrary to what Expedia says on the listing there is a reception/check in at the property, we even got a text msg to say our cottage was ready before 2pm so we could check in early! “This was the first time I have stayed at this property and it was absolutley wonderful. The apartment was beautifully kept, the view was stil beautiful even though blocked by road side trees. Staff were amazing when I advised of the 3 very minor issues upon leaving. The pool, saunas, bbq area and eating area were well kept and clean as well. Very short walk around the corner to a bus that can take you into the city or out to Sea world. Great location. I will definatley be booking again.”
