Acceptable hotel for the price. Yes, it is older and needs updating, but room was clean. Check-in was fast. Breakfast was an actual breakfast, not simply juice, coffee, tea, and muffins, like other chains which claim free breakfast.

This is an older property and the rooms are clean and well maintained, but the property is built on a hill and the parking lot needs a lot of work.

Basic hotel at a reasonable price

This is a basic hotel with some cosmetic repairs needed. Pool was closed (seasonal)and empty and ice available only in office. Room was comfortable and full filled our needs. Minimal breakfast in office lobby. Check in and employees were very pleasant.

Very clean, quiet out there. Would stay here again

Very clean for an outdated room. Manager was very nice to come over and fix our toilet and accommodating in other ways. Bathroom could use a remodel. When remodeled the fan needs to be separate from the light in the bathroom . Chill noisy .Air conditioning needs to be replaced.

It was a gorgeous property, in the 1980s. Now its very old and run down. We did not stay the night, we checked in, evaluated the room, and checked out. If you are used to more modern properties, this is not your place to stay. I dont have the highest standards regarding hotels, but a night at a Hampton is pure luxury compared to this older motel. Will not try again, and will not stay at a Howard Johnson ever again.

The rooms were decent, furniture looked a bit beat. The bed was clean. Walls a little rough and bathroom door hard to close. The toilet lid was badly scratched. The outsides of the buildings looked rough and the lobby seemed rather dumpy, which did not give a great first impression. It was a decent place for overnight, but not one I would stay for more than one night. Not cozy feeling.

There was a musty smell in the room. It just needed to be aired out. The bathroom faucet was broken. There was no pool as listed. The motel is obviously very old. It is cheaper because it is old and not remodeled. The pillows were lumpy. The room was clean and had a clock, microwave, 4ft fridge, blow dryer, cups, iron, and ironing board.

It was clean, bed was not the most comfortable, no ice or soda machine on site that I could see. There was one of each outside the office but were not working. Bathroom was not real accommodating for curling iron. Plug was on the wall by the door.

Our stay on the way.

We had a very nice stay. After a long drive it’s nice to have a quite clean room to relax and unwind. Also ate at a local restaurant J&D dinner down the street very good food. Granddaughter was not happy that the pool was unavailable.
