Great value stay, basic yet modern well put together rooms, super clean and tidy and fresh. Only thing that let it down were not so great pillows that needed a bit more firmness to them and corridor noise was a bit loud if you wanted a lie in. But overall a great place for value for money, reception and cleaning staff really friendly.

Wenn man Basel besuchen möchte und eine saubere, schöne und gleichzeitig günstige Unterkunft sucht, kann man dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wählen. Es liegt nur drei Stationen von Basel entfernt. Man muss lediglich auf die Bahnzeiten (alle halbe Std) achten und läuft anschließend etwa zehn Minuten vom Bahnhof zum Hotel.

Ich war beruflich unterwegs und habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Das moderne, stilvolle Ambiente hat mich sofort begeistert. Ästhetisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dennoch angenehm zurückhaltend. Alles war makellos sauber, durchdacht gestaltet und strahlte eine besondere Ruhe aus. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Team: Alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich hier nicht einfach als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen. Auch wenn die Umgebung auf den ersten Blick vielleicht nicht den schönsten Eindruck macht, hebt das Hotel das gesamte Umfeld durch seine Ausstrahlung und Qualität spürbar an. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man sich gerne aufhält – fast ein Ruhepol inmitten der Umgebung. Besonders praktisch: Man sieht quasi direkt von der Straße aus den Übergang nach Basel – also perfekte Lage für alle, die beruflich oder privat grenznah unterwegs sind. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es zudem ein fantastisches Restaurant, das ich nur empfehlen kann – wahnsinnig gutes Essen und tolle Atmosphäre. Und nicht zuletzt: Das Hotel ist sehr tierfreundlich, was mir persönlich besonders wichtig ist. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder – selten habe ich mich auf einer Geschäftsreise so wohl und willkommen gefühlt.
