Nice big caffee on the ground floor. However, parking the car was problematic - the downstairs garage is too small and the parking at the back was difficult to access and use, causing some major headaches.

The reception personnel were professional and a great help. From checking in to moving us when there was a loud clanging noise in the room. We got delicious free coffee in the restaurant and the employees there were very helpful. It was an all around great experience. So close to everything.

Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Puro in Lodz. The rooms are really modern, clean, and comfy and the lobby/bar/restaurant was also lovely, very spacious and nicely designed. The service was friendly and we were grateful to be able to check in early after an early flight, for a small charge. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection and reasonably priced. The location of the hotel was also really good, right opposite Manufaktura and easy to walk to the central streets. We went onto Warsaw and Krakow after Lodz and were sad that we weren't booked into the Puro hotels there - next time we are in Poland, we will definitely try to stay at a Puro hotel!

Overall, the stay was ok, but we didn't get an upgrade even though they had available rooms. We were staying for just one night. They told us that this was the manager's decision and they will not upgrade us. we are Expedia Platinum and the hotel is in the VIP Access program, I just don't know why since they don't follow its rules anyway. It left a bad taste.

La struttura è perfettamente posizionata, a due passi dal centro e dal Manufaktura. I servizi dell’hotel sono eccellenti e il personale sempre disponibile e cordiale. L’unico piccolo difetto, se vogliamo trovarne uno, sono i cuscini: sono così morbidi che si sprofonda un po’ dentro.

Clean and quiet.

Wonderful hotel, quiet, clean and great location. Used the bus from the railway station, stopped right outside. Lovely breakfast, free bikes and friendly staff. Reasonable price too. Recommend PURO.

Ich war für einen Termin in Lodz und hab nach einem gut gelegenen Hotel im Stadtzentrum gesucht. Ich war positiv überrascht, wie gut das Hotel ist. Einzig das doch sehr teure Frühstück war ein kleiner Makel
