Friendly staff, super clean. Extremely quiet, easy to access gym. Highly recommended!

The villa was clean and had all the necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable. But , there was not enough towels , coffee , dishwasher soap. We could not find anywhere in the house how to set temperature of the living room and downstairs. There was no way to dry and clean floor. The fridge water had no filter and didn’t taste good. The sheets on the bed was not big enough to cover the whole bed. We were surprised that additional fee was requested for parking. There were many parking spaces available. We expected to get more with the amount paid.

We enjoyed the convenience of the amenities and the shuttle to Universal was only 10 minutes. The rooms were clean and pretty quiet. The pool was great with lifeguards, life jackets for the littles and a sand area for kids to play. The pool was big and clean and fresh towels were also available. We booked ahead and got a deal, we would go back.
