I called the host but the lady on the phone also had no idea how it works and told she woul call me back. She called me back very shortly after und told me that I need special tokens and they could bring them by what I declined because of time constraints. “The guest house was closed and when I reached the owner on the phone he said he never received the reservation and my payment and doesn't have a room for me. Now I'm struggeling to get my money back with Expedia, which doesn't make it easy for me as a client. Very dissapointing experiance with Expedia and this Guest House.”
