This hotel was definitely in a great location. However everything was pretty outdated. The phones in our room did not work when we tried to call down to front for breakfast option. However after letting staff know about the phone not working they immediately fixed the problem. Breakfast was pretty good and staff was amazing. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BUILDING to match your customer service. Thank you for the great stay.

Our first impression was how clean it was! The bed was very comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. I like a thicker blanket (but that's my preference). We really enjoyed the eggs and coffee at breakfast. The rest of the breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. Overall we would stay here again!

Property was amazing, staff really nice and helpful, couldn't fault it in anyway. Location great for universal and international drive.

We love staying at the Reunion and have stayed here several times. This time we stayed in a suite in the main hotel and it was wonderful.
