Fijn hotel, van alle gemakken voorzien, leuk zwembad, gezellige hotelbar. In het restaurant is alleen buffet, er is geen mogelijkheid tot a-la-carte dineren.

Only the breakfast entry arrangements is/was a concern for us. We had three rooms and people don't wake-up at the same time. This became a challenge for us, every time we have to access the restaurant.

Die Ausschilderung könnte besser sein, ist in der Dämmerung kaum zu erkennen. Die Unterkunft wird oft von Reisegruppen besucht. Abends gab es daher nur Buffet und kein a la carte. Ausstattung in Ordnung. WiFi gab es kostenlos.

A Little Disappointed

I have to say I was a little taken aback by the condition of the hotel in general. The rooms and corridors are in serious need of a revamp. There is a need for room service and menus...especially after a long drive from across the borders. The staff made up for my disappointment. Were prompt and helpful and friendly.

not a fantastic experience. I was initially given the key to an already occupied room which didn’t fill me with confidence about the security of my belongings in my room. This was rectified and we were given another room. However when we got into the room, we found the bathroom in a disgusting condition. It had clearly not been cleaned. My mums room was initially fine but on our last night she had a water leak. When you looked closer at the ceiling it was clear this wasn’t a new problem as there were old water stains. The whole hotel was generally quite tatty with worn carpets and mouldy bathrooms. The food in the restaurant was very good on the first night but as our stay went on it was clear that the buffet was almost identical each evening. The only thing that changed was the soup and 1 of the main dishes. There are only so many times I want to eat chicken/beef stew/curry/roast. Overall, although the staff were friendly and very apologetic, this was quite a disappointing hotel.

Staff are super friendly and the location is nice. But this hotel is WAY past it’s prime. Should have been renovated 15 years ago. Everything is old, outdated, barely functioning. The owners are milking this for profits. The WIFI is weak, cumbersome and extremely expensive. I spent 2.5 hours in one week trying to access WIFI, buy more data, etc. Instead I am now in SA in a hotel and we have 5 GB per day free. No password, just two clicks. At the Lugogo you get 300 MB (which is a joke) and spend hours fixing access. We will not go back until after a serious renovation.

I liked the greenery outside, cleanliness of the rooms. The environment around not to mention the wstet in the pool. The food was delish. I think you need to bring the iron in the rooms when requested other than going to the ironing room. Some times we need to qeunch thirst while in your rooms si i think bar frigdes will do. Thanks for the service rendered it was lit.

LUGOGO TOPS

Overall experience was AWESOME. Although the hotel is not new and needs a little bit of TLC all is forgotten when you get served by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food in the restaurant is excellent and VERY tasty. We loved every minute of our stay.

Great location but poor functionality

Great location for visiting Eswatini as all local attractions are close, but the standard was low, serveral things was not functioning (the telephone and TV and the wc was leaked), the wi-fi was a huge disappointment as it was not working and according to the staff we only were entitled to 150 mb although this was not mentioned in the booking. This was finally fixed and we received 1 GB per person but this we could not use anyway as the WiFi only worked close to the reception. The breakfast and dinner was great and delicious and overall the staff was very friendly and service minded.

Valido appoggio per una notte

La nostra camera vista piscina era grande e confortevole. Buono il buffet del ristorante e della colazione; se invece ordinate dal menù il servizio è imbarazzante e i tempi di attesa lunghissimi. Peccato per il Wi-Fi praticamente inesistente (150mb salvo sottoscrizione di abbonamento a pagamento). Va benissimo per una notte di passaggio.
