We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but it was clean and TVs connect to Netflix. We were able to park our car for free in their parking garage. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Although the restaurant menu looked great, the food left a lot to be desired. If you’re hungry, go to TANAKA, a short walk from the hotel. The temperature gauge in our room didn’t work and we couldn’t reduce the temperature below 22° C.

Great all around hotel for comfortable stay with reasonable price. Easy access to go up to the ski resorts (this hotel is NOT in any ski resort, it’s location is close to the mountain roads, you still need to drive up. Very good breakfast.

Amazing hotel

The staff were very helpful, the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only slight downside was that the towels were replaced when I hung them up for reuse and the AC was left on by the cleaner all day when I'd switched it off when I left the room which goes against their eco friendly mission.

Located near the road to the ski resorts and across the street from a nice shopping mall. The area is very nice, upscale, safe and a bit sterile compared to older Santiago where I usually stay. Hotel rooms are clean and well decorated. The breakfast was mediocre - and no good coffee options (I think important for many people). Hate to complain but …there is a machine with a touch screen that makes pretty bad coffee. Coffee pod machine in the room but I could not get mine to work.

Nice property. Yet king mattress needed changing as springs were bad. Staff in reception was cold. Staff in spa were not motivated. When I asked for glass of water they pointed to where the glasses were. And when I entered they did no effort to accompany to show facilities. Breakfast was very good.
