“Room not as described, aircon not working, unable to have windows open in evening due to bats, making it unbearable. Some winfows screwed shut. (Fire hazard) Curtain missing on lounge area allowing multiple view points to see in room. As for FOOD/SERVICE, terrible ordered breakfast, first in restaurant, Took 1HR 15MINS before breakfast served. Advertised big bottles of wine, but would only served per glass.”

“The location of the hotel was ideal. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious, but could do with sprucing up and updating. The bed was comfortable, and the shower over the bath was nice and powerful. The staff were friendly. The bar and restaurant were cosy and the breakfast room was light and bright. We had the continental breakfast, which was lovely, with a choice of cereals, fabulous choice of fresh fruit and juices, ham & cheese, Danish pastries, toast, and individual pots of tea & coffee. ...

Our bedroom was luxurious and comfortable with complimentary minibar and home made snacks. Very welcoming. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast and dining were of a good standard in great surroundings. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Will return.”
