“Honestly the stay was not worth the $230 per night. They messed up my reservation twice, the pool was nothing special, the system was down and the staff were nice but they didn't offer anything for the room mix up. I also requested no feather pillows as I am allergic. My room was wrong then the new room had feather pillows. I requested cotton and the 1st person I asked did not bother to bring any, and the 2nd person I asked brought but I was already half a sleep when she came. It was not a great...

“Stayed here for baseball provincials. Hotel was very clean with very friendly staff. Pool area and gym were clean and not busy which was great. On site Smitty's was a great option for breakfast tho lots of food options within a 2 block radius. Beds were a bit soft and flood lights in parking lot kept room light at all hours of night but knowing vehicles were secure was not an issue. Microwave did not work and room fridge kept items cool not cold. Overall hotel was great. Stay here...

“The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, a little outdated. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Breakfast was great. It was an acceptable place for a short stay.”

“Two nights, two fire alarms due to new carpet installation. More prep was needed to avoid alarms. Have thick carpet glue stuck on shoes, as had to exit building. No signs to avoid glue.”

“Staff very good and friendly. room old and bed/bedding substandard. Pillows unuseable (too thick, hard...not condusive to sleep. TV selection and screen poor. Breakfast was OK (not buffet due to a 'pow wow' filling the hotel (their words not mine) and although there appeared no pressure from 6 to 8 am still got cold scrambled eggs (only option). Place needs work.”
