“Very friendly and helpful staff. I wasn't very happy with our room. It definitely needs an upgrade. The toilet paper holder was partially hanging off and a small part of the dresser was broken off. The bed was very clean although too soft for myself and my husband. The food was nice”

Large towls were missing and the hair dryer but were bought to the room as soon as we asked for them. Excellent service. Two down falls. The shower. Large people might struggle to get in the shower as the door hing is 1/5 along the door so the door when opened doesn't hit the toilet. Second issue the road noise. “The room was clean and had great facilities. The mattress was very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure. Good lighting options. Well ventilated (Can’t stand airless bedrooms!) Breakfast had good options. Staff were really helpful. We felt very well looked after for our small wedding reception meal. The balance between privacy and attentiveness was perfect. Staff went the extra mile to help with tracking down our taxi. We would stay again if in the area.”

“El hotel es muy justillo, se ve antiguo y con mobiliario viejo. La puerta es fina, ni siquiera llega hasta el suelo, por lo que se oye a cualquiera que pase por el pasillo y la sensación es de inseguridad total. La habitación estaba sin limpiar, encontramos una bolsa llena de restos de comida de Mcdonalds. Además hacía mucho frio y cuando preguntamos en recepción nos dijeron que “luego” se encendería, resultó que la encendieron a las 21h y a media noche la apagaron, con una media de 9 grados...
