“A lovely house in a beautiful location should’ve given us a wonderful holiday but it was far from the 4 star anniversary experience we were hoping for after a very difficult year for my wife & I. We had to be moved from our room due to the shower tray not draining but there were old coffee stains on the skirting board, tablecloth & curtains, not to mention stains on one of the “clean” towels. “Breakfast and evening meal was great, don't tend to eat in hotel restaurants but was really happy i did. Bed was really comfy and booked room specifically for the air con during the heatwave and it was freezing. I will definitely return when in Wales with work again.”
