No AirCon but a fan was provided. Very basic hotel nothing fancy ok for a night. Bathroom and sheets clean and a kettle and coffee and tea provided and a small tv in the room. A bit pricey for what it’s worth. Check out is too early at 10am and breakfast ends at 9am. Very noisy in the morning we had to shut the window.

The staff were lovely , friendly and always happy to help. It is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts they offer are first class. All the staff are always smiling and will chat to you and always ready to answer any questions on the area, bus and train routes even places to eat. We will definitely be staying again.

Hotel was in a great location, helpful friendly staff on arrival and throughout this day. Breakfast was excellent everything you could want. We had two rooms. My father‘s room was quite nice and modern. Mine and my daughter‘s room was very dated but it was clean. Overall we had a lovely overnight stay and for the price for all three of us with breakfast it was great value for money and I would stay again.

The hotel was very clean, staff were very pleasant. Bar prices were reasonable. Breakfast was very good fresh and was kept topping up as required. The hotel was very close to pier and the sea front. Weather was amazing considering the time of year.
