Room very clean, shower excellent. Tea and coffee provided. Tv on wall worked okay but a bit small. Parked on Asda car park (short walk from hotel) booked via the Justpark app (£5 a day). Breakfast okay, small but adequate selection. I did not order the cooked breakfast, but it is cooked to order if required. The hotel is well located, just off the front and not far from the centre of town. In summary, a good budget hotel and no complaints about the price, or the accommodation. Would stay again.

The bedroom was of a standard quality that needed to be refurbished. The shower room was also very basic. The toilet was very hard to flush. The basin was too small and the shower would make a drilling noise when you turned it on. There was no complimentary water, no fridge, no air con or a safe. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Friendly helpful staff, clean room. Plenty of on street parking near hotel, some free. Only issue was during a thunderstorm the rain came pouring in through the emergency exit next to the room. This also occurred on the floor below. Ideal central location only a short walk from the train station. Bus stop literally just across the road.

I needed a bolt hole for the night and this hotel certainly came up with the goods. The single bed was really comfy and I had the best nights sleep in a month. I parked securely for a nominal fee. The shower was excellent. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. Would definitely consider going back again.

The property has a very bad damp smell, which puts you off as soon as you enter the building. The staff were very helpful and approachable, helped in any way they could. The breakfast was nice. Very comfortable bed if you like a soft bed, but big stains on the mattress. We chose the Broadway for convenience and somewhere we could take the dog.

Excellent customer service, very friendly. Booked a single room but was upgraded to a double, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious. All round amenities of the hotel very good, clean throughout and centrally located for all the best Llandudno has to offer.
