The whole stay was excellent. Our room was clean and tidy with excellent facilities. Breakfast was very good with an excellent choice. All food was cooked to order and well presented. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and location is just a short walk from the main promenade and shopping mall. Would definitely stay again if visiting th area.

Lovely little guest house. Bright airy bedroom, tiny shower room, but perfectly functional .Really good breakfast. Debbie and Neal were friendly hosts.

Very welcoming hosts very approachable helpful reassuring. The property is comfortable warm and quiet facilities in the room excellent bed very comfortable. Little night away for us and the place was perfect in every way clean tidy friendly hosts the room was clean towels provided also coffee facilities. Breakfast was excellent and there was also a choice of fruit and cereal. Overall excellent and i would definitely recommend.

Perfect stop for Holyhead Ferry

This was just an overnight stop on our way to catch the ferry over to Ireland but it really fit the bill. Very friendly couple running the guest house who were happy to share local information

Fabulous Loacation and Hosts who were lovely. Excellent Breakfast which was cooked to order, so much better that Buffet Breakfast which are always cold. The Bed was very comfy and the Bedroom location very quiet. Not a lot more to say except it was brilliant.

A perfect stay in Llandudno

We stayed for a couple of nights while enjoying a short break in Llandudno. And it was excellent. The welcome was friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a modern en-suite, and the breakfast freshly cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble with dairy and gluten free options being readily available. With free parking on the drive or street, and a short walk to the town centre Glenavon was ideally located. We will return if in the area.
