A nice relaxing stay, The meals were good, even if the menu was a little unusual; beef. beef burger with beef snd pulled pork fot example. Our room had a psrtial view of the bay, which was great. I’d definitely go again. .

Really nice hotel and location. Enjoyed the view over Llandudno as the sun was setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room clean. Only fault I could see is that the silicone in the bathroom had been applied with a shovel and made it look a bit scruffy…and a wobbly toilet seat…but small, easily fixed problems. Room 20.

A very well presented hotel. Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble, very accommodating. Breakfast very good, plenty to choose from. Evening meal was good too. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable stay, and excellent customer service — would happily return!

The parking is excellent, the staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent, the only issue we had, probably because of our age was the television was Freely not Freeview; the controls were very difficult to understand, normal channels were not available due supposedly to poor signal, so everything had to be done via iplayer etc I know we’ll all have to get use to it but for us oldies it is difficult!

Breakfast excellent, sleep perfect as the bed was very comfortable. Staff go above and beyond. Parking excellent. Room advertised as partial sea view but had no view of the sea, this was room 9. When you pay for a partial sea view and see just a mountain this totally unacceptable. See the photo attached and tell me where is the partial view of the sea?

Graigside is a nice clean hotel being part of a public house means food is available and there is a large car park something which is lacking in a lot of Llandudno hotels. There is free WiFi. Breakfast is available. The staff are friendly and helpful though they do have a large area to cover and might be stretched if th pub gets busy. This is not the first stay we have made at Graigside Manor as it was previously a Premier Inn and I am sure it will not be our last.
