Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. When you pay for a partial sea view and see just a mountain this totally unacceptable. See the photo attached and tell me where is the partial view of the sea?

Graigside is a nice clean hotel being part of a public house means food is available and there is a large car park something which is lacking in a lot of Llandudno hotels. There is free WiFi. Breakfast is available. The staff are friendly and helpful though they do have a large area to cover and might be stretched if th pub gets busy. This is not the first stay we have made at Graigside Manor as it was previously a Premier Inn and I am sure it will not be our last.

We booked this hotel as part of a weekend theatre visit. The hotel is well placed just out of the main town so very quiet. We received a warm welcome and the check in was easy and non complicated.
