Was great location near sea , hotel was nice but needed updating, we knew was,a dog friendly hotel, but didnt like the fact that dogs sat on furniture, only place not allowed was restaurant which was only open for breakfast ,all other meals was served in bar where dogs was allowed , as much as i dont mind animals i dont like them near food. we was using hotel next door most of time for food and drinks, as even though dogs there was not on furniture or in any eating places.

On arrival they took too long to allocate a room, the staff where not friendly, apart from the lady in the breakfast room. The room was clean but tired looking. Bed comfortable, breakfast good, suppose to be superior room but only a seaview difference from standard. Main problem was the reception staff who couldn't be bothered to welcome visitors or look up from what ever they were doing to interact with guests

Our room was excellent with a lovely sea view and a table and chairs in the bay window. Good, clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. The bar is looking a bit tired and could do with some freshening up. Plants, pictures, curtains at the windows would make a big difference to the ‘ambiance’. Very comfortable bed.

The size of the room is okay but the room smelt damp and the carpets were dirty, the room was so hot on the first day and they provided such a tiny fan and didn’t provide a bigger fan, the breakfast was fine and staff were friendly just those issues.

This is my second stay here. I will definitely stop here again. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness good, however refurbishing hotel so some places/things need updating. Overall a great place.

The hotel was large, right on the sea front and parking on the road was free after 4pm and before 10am. Al the staff were very friendly, the bar was well stocked and the pool table go plenty of use! The breakfast was excellent with a full selection of continental and full English foods.

The hotel is so outdated and dirty. The bed was too small for the mattress so no sleep for 2 nights. No toilet paper so had to ask downstairs for some. The breakfast was normal and quite a clean area. We will never stay again until they have spent alot of money on the place.

Nice hotel in good location. Staff very good and looked after my dog while I got my breakfast (buffet). Was given room on ground floor which was helpful for taking my dog in and out. Now, unfortunately, the negatives… signs of lack of dusting in bedroom. Outside of windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Breakfast pricey in double figures and some things overcooked (sausages for example were tough). However, evening meals have no cause for complaint and staff pleasant and efficient. Despite negative points above, would stay at this hotel again on a future visit to Llandudno
