“Interior del hotel muy bien decorado. Habitación amplia (7), cómoda y calentita. En el cuarto de baño había un problema de evacuación del agua de la ducha. Punto negativo, la manera de recibir ha sido un poco impersonal y hemos tenido que pagar todo con antelación cuando hemos llegado. “This hotel was unclean and due to the issues below we chose not to stay at the hotel and instead to book somewhere else in the area at the last minute. Upon arrival we noticed issues with our room, which was room 3. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and damp patches in the main ceiling. We had been given a fan to cope with the heat however this was laced eith centimetres of heavy, thick dust making the conditions in the room unpleasant. “We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first time in Wales and the location was excellent. The room was modern, if a little small and without AC during the heatwave, which meant that even with the windows open, the room was very warm. The food was good both at breakfast and on the one evening we had a meal. The hotel have a strange rewards system where you can forego your room cleaning for a free drink, but the system is cumbersome and seems more hassle than it is worth.”
