The hotel is in a great location (not sure it can be beat) and breakfast was great. It was an à la carte breakfast and everything was fresh and delicious. Staff was friendly, especially at front desk. The room was very small and I hadn’t realized it didn’t have windows but nevertheless was functional for our needs since we only slept there. River view rooms are bigger and really nice. Only slight qualm was the construction next door. Not the hotels fault but just took away from the experience a little.

The only issue we had was the construction of the building. The crew started drilling at 7:30am which was thought to sleep or relax. Other that this, the hotel was lovely and located in perfect proximity to restaurants and shops. The staff was very kind as well

My toilet seat was dirty with dried pee and my bathroom stank of pee. There was a candle in my room that matched the candle that the woman at the front desk brought me when I told her about the smell, so I suspect this was a known issue that has gone unresolved. The sink in the room is pretty much unusable because the faucet sticks so far out the water almost doesn't go into the sink. Location of the hotel is prime though.

The hotel is in the old town which means that taxis or Ubers cannot get to it. It's a short walk from where you get dropped off, but it's a good idea to have figured out walking direction before getting dropped off perhaps? The front disc staff were extremely helpful with everything and anything that we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the room was fine 🙂
