We enjoyed the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. We didn’t realize that we could not pull up to the hotel to unload our luggage and had to park in a parking garage several blocks away, but when we talked to the staff, they made sure a cart met us at the parking garage.

Hotel was clean and staff was great but it was so noisy due to construction. We were woken up everyday at 7am from construction. It sounded like it was coming from the wall behind our bed. Everything else was wonderful! Hopefully they finish construction soon or start after 9am.

The Hotel is in an ideal location is the big plus. Very disappointed in our arrival arrangements. Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. The instructions to the parking facility were incomplete as to exactly where in the Mercsnte garage we were allowed to park. The reservation clerk we called was a “bit” impatient and was very rude and unhelpful about how we would get to the hotel. We had never been to Lubijiana before so didn’t understand the “Hotel Shurrle” service. We thought she was sending your own shuttle. We had not been advised about the shuttle’s that should be hailed. We ended up taking a cab and when we are the receptionists rude about our confusion. Better communication on our confirmation would have helped.

The hotel is very well located. The room was really nice and modern, we loved it. We stayed in the double one without window ( the chespest room ) and it was a bit small, specially if you are travelling with a lot of luggage but the rest was great.The breakfast is a la carte and delicious. The girl there didn't like it when I asked her if it was possible to prepare one of the dishes without salt . We would definitely come back.

Lovely little hotel, in the old town. The rooms are small but well designed and the staff were very kind to switched my 70 year old mother to a room with a shower (as the bath would a bit too challenging to step up and down from.) The breakfasts were lovely and you walk out directly into a (very small) old town - close to the restaurants and churches but not noisy (at least not in early October).

Fantastic location in the centre of the town next to the river. The room was ok but really small and with no outside light. It would have been nice to have a kettle to make tea and coffee. Great breakfast.

This is a very nice hotel. The location is excellent and the breakfast which was included was fantastic. The only issue we had was the light switch for the bathroom was broken and they couldn’t fix it so we had limited light in the bathroom

This property also had a glass elevator, great for older clients and a really good restaurant . The staff was really great . Problem outdoor signage does not say it’s a hotel , so was hard to find .
