2 nights spent with the first night in a room without air conditioning (no compensation received). Room was changed only after complain to Expedia. Staff was really helpful and professional. However price (90 euros /night) was too high regarding the hotel standing.

I paid for a double room and i was given a twin bed. But this was still not the real problem. It was August and I obviously booked for Air conditioning. When entering the room i saw only a Fan which was quite inadequate. Then the carpet smelt bad. You can imagine how the combination of these two aspects didn’t ensure any good rest at all at night. The position of the hotel is ok, especially if you are in the middle of a longer journey. And that was exactly our situation. One night was tolerable, more than One I would for sure have asked for explanations.

I have book this hotel online on my long car trip I arrive at the hotel around 22.00 o’clock there wasn’t anyone at reception I have tried to contact them by calling the number they write on the hotel website and window none answer the phone so I didn’t have chance to check in and I left the hotel. Now even I m Not too sure did I pay for the hotel or not even I didn’t stay there.

I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel with double room since its falsely marketed for 3 people even though it doesnt accommodate it. They are trying to sell all the rooms as for 3 people. The rooms can only accommodate 2 people maximum. When I placed my booking, I booked it because I was under the impression that the room can sleep 3 people. That's how the room was being sold via Expedia. I brought this issue up to the front desk in the morning the next day since I was out and about celebrating for NYE. When I got back to the room for the 1st time, it was a 2 twin beds. I was a bit disappointed about not being able to accommodate for 3 people. Apparently all rooms were booked even though it was quiet at the hotel. I told them that the room should accommodate 3 people but it wasn't to my expectation during the time of booking. They said they will have someone check out on Friday and they would reserve that room for me. I followed up with them that same evening, the next morning, and the afternoon. When I got back to the hotel after my day out, they said the room was booked and it was full again. Every time I spoke to them about the room being available for me, it felt like it was the first time they heard about it and they never acknowledged it. I felt that they kept on leading me on. I won't recommend anyone. I asked expedia to step in to resolve this matter but due to multiple failed attempts to reach the hotel, it defaulted to their cancellation policy which was no help.

The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed still had football album stickers left by the previous guest. The bedsheets were old and ripped. The shower has no door, so water floods the bathroom floor — a slip hazard. Hotel amenities overall felt poorly maintained. When I raised the shower issue with reception, staff were dismissive, simply asking, "What's the problem about that?" — showing no concern for guest safety. I'm very disappointed 😞
