A very nice apartment with everything you need. Great location. Fantastic breakfast and such a beautiful place to spend a few nights. We were very happy. The staff were lovely and it is such an easy walk to everything.

The apartment is very nice and clean, spacious, with everything needed for the stay. It is very close to the old town, few minutes walking. There is street parking outside the apartment which you can find a spot if you are patient. The apartment restaurant is actually pretty good too.

Nice little pocket hotel

Wonderful little hotel associated with a restaurant, at the bottom of the hill towards the castle. Very cute and well supplied. Nice little sitting area outside. Was up a few flights of stairs without an elevator, which was fine for us but could be challenging for some.

Great size, enough room for 3 people especially compared to a hotel. Comfy queen size beds. Very clean, great location, good price. We were only there for 1 night but place is fully equipt for long stays, great stirage and ammenities. Cant fault.

Lovely apartment near city center

Comfortable beds, great location, loved the apartment perks - refrigerator, stove, & washer within unit. The futon bed was comfortable - we didn't open it fully but used it as a twin bed and there was an additional king size bed in the unit. Just a heads up, as the hotel explains, there is no lift. The stairs are narrow & steep. Just mentioning in case this is a concern for anyone.

Lovely little apartment in a great location.

My family of four stayed here and whilst it was a bit cramped it worked well for us. Having a washing machine and good kitchen was awesome. Location is fantastic and its Quiet and warm. If you’ve got heavy bags there’s no lift so be prepared to carry. Thanks for having us!

We loved our accommodations. This was extremely welcoming after 18 hours of traveling with a kid. Everything was extremely clean and well organized. It was nice to have a bed for my husband and I and one for our child. The reasons I rated this a 4 star was because of the restaurant below. We tried to have a drink on a Friday after a busy few days of travel and tours and we were told we could not sit outside unless we ordered food between 7-10 pm. Unfortunately, we unwillingly left and found a different near by location. Our only wish was the hospitality for a dining experience was a bit more welcoming to those who are staying at the location. Another thing you should know is that the front office is only open from 8-12.

An amazing hotel. We booked a duplex room. So spacious, comfortable, clean and well designed. Just beautiful. Very comfy bed in upper area. Full kitchen. Washing machine. Fast wifi. Self checkin was easy. Nice dining downstairs. Easy walk to the main areas (5 min max). Straightforward and easy walk with rolling luggage from the train station (15 min). Close to the castle funicular. Three blocks from grocery stores. Just perfect for us and I could have easily spent more time here. As the hotel mentions, there are stairs to reach the rooms. They are narrow and steep so keep this in mind if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean. Great shower. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. The only issue was we could not find the building easily. Maybe it was because we just got off an overseas flight but the address was unclear when looking from the street. Also the towels were old with a hole in it.

we had a spacious one bedroom apartment in a well located neighborhood for sightseeing. one improvement i would suggest is getting a coffee maker like even a simple bodum as the instant cofffe offered with combined creamer was disappointing.
