The motel is older and really needs updated, Ice machine broke and was told by staff- you have to go to the store down the road, also there was no vending machines and same answer from staff- go to the store. Hairs in the tub from last and place just didn’t look clean. The back door required a card to enter but all you had to do is pull on it and it opened- didn’t even lock. Coffee was good at breakfast- that’s about all.

Pool no clean enough Staff very Rude at room check out at 11:45 and harassed me with the police or apply more charge to me card if I don’t left the room before 12. Elevator broken at check out day. We had to carry the luggage down the stairs from the third floor Big cockroaches die since first day at room door. Never cleaned. After 3 days. We ask a couple towels with reception staff and never bring it. Terrible experience. The worse of my live.

To start off hotel smelled like mill doo. Most all carpeting is dirty. Room had fleas in it. Tub had rust were you stand. Hotel is very run down. Staff were great. Pool looked good.

Adequate For My Needs

Hotel was adequate, just not luxurious! Comfortable and was accommodating for my needs. Hot water was tricky and no USB ports, but management was very friendly. They were making improvements they said, so hopefully it moves them up a notch.

They must clean the carpet, smells very bad

This may have been an excellent hotel, but now it has maintenance deficiencies. The carpets smell bad, the bathtub is stained and dirty. The sink faucet is too small for the sink, making it difficult to wash your hands, and it's broken. The sink looks like it was broken and glued back together. The front desk service is very good. The air conditioning in the room works very well.

Shower head was not working. Water went everywhere. Mold in the shower. The sink was too high and the mirror. I am 5'4''. Pool was not picked up with trash everywhere and broken chairs. Pillows were flat and the bed hard. The breakfast was fine but the auto toaster was burning pieces of fallen bread. Advertised a hot tub but there was not one. The view was of a power grid. The windows on the pool side had algae growing. The staff was friendly.
