“Great stay at St Hildas. Fantastic friendly staff. Stayed in 'Venice ' themed room which was lovely and had great double bath. Loads of choice for continental breakfast. Short walk to join Cleveland way and can head to Staithes or Runswick Bay in 30-40 mins”

“Precioso hotel, solitario, aunque cerca de sitios por visitar y de las carreteras principales. Si quieres dejar el coche ahí, tienes que cenar en el hotel, porque no hay nada más en las inmediaciones como para ir caminando. ”

“The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice and quality is excellent. I noticed they also offer packed lunches to hikers. Rooms are air conditioned ( although the casing made a cracking sound through the night) Its dog friendly but we did not bring ours due to an error by expedia. However i fail to see why a dog was not allowed as the room was so disappointing. The decor was so dark and depressing. Shabby, with dark brown walls and brown carpet. “Very expensive for our 2 night stay with breakfast. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was cluttered and very very dusty with long hairs in the wardrobe Garden could have been lovely but lots of tired looking furniture. Breakfast good, good selection, and served at the table. All in all not worth the very expensive price we paid and would not stay again.”
