There was nothing we didn't like aboat this hotel. Room and facilities were great. The staff were welcoming and really helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast. I would recommend this hotel and we'll stay here again.

Nice room but terrible view so closed the blind. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff. Bar not horrendous prices like others we have stayed in southport. Bathroom getting in and out of bath for shower was very tight with the radiator so have to be extra careful not to accidentally brush it when undressed and burn.

What a terrific hotel. Met on arrival by concierge who carried my case to my room. Rooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and good quality. Fantastic attention to detail. Allergies were no problem even for afternoon tea. Everything was amazing. I will be back

Hands down the team at the hotel are what make this place special. The doorman/concierge was such a nice chap and so kind to me. I received a warm welcome upon check in and check out, but I found my room and particularly the bathroom to be quite 'tired' and in need of some 'TLC'. An odd set up with what appeared to be a heavy screen panel rather than a curtain which seemed to be off its rails so wouldn't close out the bright lights from outside. Note that a 'city view' room comes with the possibility of noise all night from outside, due to thin windows. I would stay again though due to the location and kindness of the team there.
