The hotels is a fabulous place to stay, so much fun. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the house keepers work very hard. The hotel is in need of a refresh and there are parts that feel dirty because of this need but the rooms were kept clean. There’s lots of fun stuff and my kids loved it. The lady working at breakfast was so lovely and helpful the food delicious and a good enough choice.

The property was located in a great area -super close to the Lime Street Station and a block or two from a great downtown walk. Staff was helpful and kind, and the bones of the property were great. Our room was incredibly laid out and could have accommodated us for days. However, nearly every room had some level of physical maintenance needed; drywall damage, water stains, etc. For the high price, I’d like to expect higher standards for future guests.

Room had a bit of water damage however it met our needs perfectly well, it was very comfortable and very clean. The staff in this hotel are outstanding especially with how busy the hotel got with functions and hen nights. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Liverpool as I doubt they'll find a better hotel.
