We loved our stay, the staff were AMAZING, from the receptionists to the door guys and even house keeping. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed. Location is amazing, hotel is clean, the house keeping do an amazing job each day, we will be back. The only negative point is the access when entering the hotel, we had a push chair and the outdoor mini lift was broken, so we had to use main stairs which was a little annoyin, it would have been great to have some platform or ramp, especially for disabled people or like us, families with pushchairs. This was not the staff's fault and the door guys always offered to help. Thank you.

We were very impressed with the overall hotel, the staff and the architecture. The food was really good for lunch and dinner. For lunch, we sat at the bar and was served by Kaitlyn, who was very polite, helpful and professional. All your staff was very polite and helpful, but Kaitlyn was particularly good at it. Next time we’re in Liverpool will be sure to stay at this hotel, without fail!

Beautiful hotel and great location. We stayed for our daughter’s graduation and our rooms were ready early for us to get ready in. Staff always friendly.
