This is a great hotel, perfect for visiting the Empire Theatre and right next to the train station. The room was lovely, comfortable bed, the addition of a robe & slippers was great. I've stayed here a couple of times and there is never anything to fault it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful ( even caring about the fish ) we were given a free upgrade which was very much appreciated it’s not often you get things like that happen. The stay itself was very good the bed was very comfy and spacious and it is located right next to the train station for convenience as we stayed for a gig at anfield. Overall very very good stay :)

We had a good stay here and the room and bathroom were clean. It’s very convenient for the station (or parking is included if required). It was July and the third floor room was very warm but, thankfully, a fan was provided. The staff were efficient at check in and out.

Amazing stay, arrived 4 hours before check in to leave bags but the room was ready so we got to check in with no extra fee and a bonus of an upgrade. I was pleased as it was our anniversary trip which i hadnt mentionned but when i did we also got free drink vouchers. The staff were super nice, the hotel fab. The breakfast amazing and with the bonus of free parking! Highly recommend.

Dont be decieved by the look from the outside! Although maybe a bit dated, the hotel was super clean, room was good size and the staff were fantastic. With free parking and a quick walk into the centre its great value for money. Would stay again
