Excellent pub and hotel

The room we had was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to move around. We had breakfast both mornings and dinner on our first night and the food and service was excellent throughout. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff were fantastic, meals were really well presented, good value and fresh. Rooms were quiet, really comfortable and cosy. They smell so fresh, unlike the usual pub bedrooms I have stayed in.

Typical pub hotel

Difficult to comment. On the whole a reasonable stay. Bedrooms at the front had a nice view but would be noisy if the outside patio were busy. Our room shook when the front door were closed. Good breakfast. Staff were pleasant enough. Staircase had crumbs on it the whole time we were there, so obviously not cleaned. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom

Very helpful as we needed to book-in slightly early and were coming from a long distance for a wedding. Room was small (as described) but very comfortable. Delicious breakfast. Good value for money
