We shared a 1 bedroom apartment and appreciated having the sitting room space. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the location was perfect for the centre of Liverpool. Our room overlooked the rear of the property and was quiet so no night disturbances for us. The room was clean and had a fan which was useful, although with windows open and with a door to a small balcony there was plenty of ventilation. No air-conditioning in the room which was not an issue for us as weather was mild. We had a good welcome at reception on arrival and were greeted every time we went in and out. We also pre-booked the on-site car park which was really useful. Entrance is very tight, and seems dark when you drive in, but the lights trigger automatically when you go through. All in all, very happy with our stay and would use again.

The property is in need of updating. The person at the front desk seemed overwhelmed on arrival. The lobby and building were hot due to the weather, and there seemed to be no relief for a busy person helping the guests. The elevator was out of service and looked like it had been out of service for a while and wasn't going to be fixed anytime soon. The unit was surface clean, but when looking closer, the details were missed. Hair and dust in the bathroom, white socks turning darker as we walked around the unit. The unit was spacious but needed updating. The sofa was broken down and uncomfortable. The lack of fans available to the guests was concerning. The hotel is not responsible for the weather, but could be better prepared for accommodating guests needs. The Open raised prices and demand, however this unit and facility is not worth the price at any time of the year.

Fantastic location, huge spacious apartment with everything you need. Staff were lovely, only reasons it lost a star was because we were left waiting 45 mins after check in time for the rooms to be ready for us and we were supposed to be meeting friends and ended up late. Beds were also a bit hard but thats my personal preference.

Apartments were in prime location right beside Liverpool one. It had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully equipped if you wished to cook. The spare bedding for the pull out beds were in bags cable tied so you knew there were fresh and clean. Will definitely stay again

Ok for a quick stop. The staff were lovely. The apartment itself has an odd smell to it, I think it basically needs a deep clean. All items are of the very cheapest quality, you literally get the basics of everything. Travel lodge far better value. Cleaning lady not overly keep to provide clean towels, I mean I had 2 teenagers with me, sorry but would recommend. Dark dingy room. We were 2nd floor room 12
