Convenient location, great as a business traveller in Liverpool . Room had everything I needed: desk, tv, hairdryer, iron, coffee, a safe, even shoe shine. Shower was very nice too. Staff were excellent, everything is friendly, efficient and no fuss. It feels like a modern and high end hotel without being pretentious

Brilliant location for the station. Lovely hotel with free bottled water every day which is not even advertised. The staff are lovely and the whole thing is set up to make the guests feel as comfortable as possible. Couldnt fault it really, Comfy beds and lovely view of St Georges Hall, but quiet as well.
