We stayed in the Bertie suite and it was just amazing!! Loved the design, the colors and style and also loved that the LIVER building was right in view with the river Mersey right there. Lovely bar/restaurant area and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was ok, but felt a little tired compared to the rest of the hotel. I’d paid extra for a club room to get a view, but the view was mostly of a multi-storey car park which was a bit of a shame! Overall we enjoyed our stay.
