We went there for our wedding night it was really good. Staff were so nice, got free drinks. The food was perfect 😊 Loved the huge bathtub. Would be nice to have a dimmer switch in the bath but overall soooo great. Will stay there again 🙂. We had the bed l, breakfast and dinner. It was worth it.

We managed to check in a little earlier, only by half hour or so but that was not a problem for the hotel. Located right on the docks with stunning scenery, could not of picked a better hotel to stay on our last night in Liverpool. The hotel decor in the waiting area, bar area, our room 420 and outside dining area was absolutely stunning, not one fault. We had the perfect view from outside our window of the docks, passerbys, the cruise ships pulling up! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful also. Perfect location, only a 5 minute walk directly into the beginning of the city centre or we used the Bolt scooters/bikes which was right next to the hotel on the walkway. Will most definitely book and recommend the Malmaison again!

Nice position on the edge of Albert Dock. We had a ‘club’ room because we paid a small amount for an upgrade but it was difficult to see what the upgrade was. The room was tired looking. While there was aircon, the window couldn’t be opened so the room was very dry especially at night. The TV reception was poor and the wifi was virtually non existent. The staff were all very helpful. We wouldn’t stay there again.

Really nice comfortable hotel. The only negative is they don't have their own parking and the multistory next door is a complete rip off by Liverpool local council. £24 per 24hours, i was a day and a half for work and it was £48 for parking almost 25% of the cost of the hotel for the 2 nights.

This was my second stay at Malmaison, Liverpool and I have no intention of ever returning. The staff were warm, professional and delivered the standard of service consistent with a hotel of high repute. However, a negative encounter with a member of housekeeping, and the management's unsatisfactory response to my complaint, prompted my early checkout. The housekeeper attending my room was very disrespectful and turned every encounter with her into a personal matter on her behalf which led us to believe she was intentionally being disrespectful. So we actually checked out early and decided to change hotels.
