There was a good choice of food at breakfast. Cereals, continental and hot. The staff were friendly, the bar had plenty of drinks to choose from. There is also a car park at the hotel. It's a good location for Albert Dock and Liverpool 1.

Nice clean close centre full very good location parking and also EV charging available on the second night. There was a disturbance in the hotel and Fairplay we had our breakfast given to us free or Charge by the manager. We are certainly return again.

We would definitely recommend the Ibis. We had a basic double room, which was small but nice and clean and perfect for what we needed. The bathroom door handle was slightly loose but otherwise no issues. The hotel was in an ideal location, for the City centre and also the Albert Docks. Having a car park was also a bonus.

I reported this to Accor who assured me that my concerns would be addressed but I have not received any further response.
