My daughter and I loved that we could have a twin room instead of double. The room was spacious enough, clean and tidy. A minor thing…but having a decent normal hair dryer as opposed to some rubbish one attached to the wall was an unexpected joy lol The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again.

Staff are kind, friendly and welcoming The breakfast was ok, not the best but good value for money we thought The hotel was clean and tidy, the only problem we had was the shower in our the water woild run cold for a good 20 mins before it heated it We really enjoyed out stay here and would definitely come back again

We had two rooms booked. One had no Air con for the two nights. The two fans provided were not really efficient. The staff member, Liam, was not really helpful and only offered a free breakfast. I do not think this was copensation enough. The room had my daughter and two toddlers in. My room was o the first night but after that the room opposite was full of middle aged men who made a racket and kept myself and wife awake for a long time. When I complained in the morning Liam said he would place us in a room further away...on the ground floor ...which is quite vulnerable! Then I saw him talking to one of the men involved and laughing and joking. Obviously not mentionimg my complaint. otherwise the stay was fairly good with good food and things for the children to do.

For the Price I was very surprised at this hotel. The bed was super comfy and the rooms are very clean and warm food options were great with some evening specials and staff were all friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again.
