The hotel was in a perfect position to get to the Albert Docks and town. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was basic but I can say the hot food was hot. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Great customer service, a good breakfast. The room was tidy and clean. The second elevator was broken throughout my stay, which made movement throughout the hotel challenging when it was busy.

Room had shower air-conditioning and everything you would need, staff are lovely. We booked in and my wife and blue badge and a walker . We were still placed on the forth floor with only one lift working for the three night stay. In the event of a fire im not to sure how long it would have taken us to get out of the building. Breakfast is complementary and a good selection, although at busy times tables are limited. Parking is underground and a charge is on a daily rate . Good location for ms arena and liverpool one shopping . Would stay there again but it wouldn't be my first choice

Other than having no fridge, the hotel was amazing for my and my partner’s visit to Liverpool! The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and things were in walkable distance for supplies—a tesco express is nearby for any quick things you need, along with a little cafe nearby that’s a 1 minute walk. 10/10 stay.

This is our second stay and it's adequate for an overnight stopover. Nothing fancy, good location near the Albert Dock and city centre, car park ok but very tight spaces and concrete pillars . Room and bathroom were clean but public areas need some improvements. Breakfast was chaotic even though we arrived at 8:15. All 3 coffee machines became unusable so had to ask for drinks at reception. The strawberries and blackcurrants which I had with yogurt were frozen so ate them later.

Hotel has a very good location to get to most of the main attractions of the city walking. It is a budget hotel and it’s reflected in the included breakfast offered at the hotel which isn’t great for people with allergies or food intolerance as they don’t offer many options. Staff is attentive and helpful. The bar is alright but I wouldn’t spend my time drinking there considering how many other cool bars are in the city.
