Nice decor in the rooms, great shower, comfy beds. TVs with chromecast was a great addition. Stayed on a Sunday evening and it was quiet. Great communication regarding check in. Would stay again definitely!
Perfect little space for one night work trip. The room is nicely decorated and really cosy. Great location but not loud at all! Clean, modern and comfy bed - all I need really. Nothing fancy or fussy and really friendly staff on check in/out. Thanks and see you again!
Had a great stay at the hotel. Only issue was the room was very hot. Did appreciate the cooling unit in the room and it wasn’t that noisy.
And did also approve of the choice of teabags in the room

Really lovely stay. Paul on reception was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The room itself was clean, comfortable and stylish, but because the paint is a dark colour it really shows where people have knocked it and in places was peeling off. Fantastic rainfall shower.
Nice easy check in. Got to the room and it was baking hot, but telephone call made to reception (where the air con is centrally controlled) and by the time I’d got back from being out during the evening, the room was pleasantly cool and remained so thoughout the two days I was there. Stylish throughout from the painted black corridors to the room itself. Nice big bed which was very comfortable and shower worked well. Overall a most excellent hotel.
I had a great experience staying at the boutique. The location was great. Not too far away from everything but also not so close that there was noise coming from the night life.
The bed was set up immaculately when I arrived and was very comfortable. The hotel was easily accessed using the entrance code for the front door then my keycard for the room.
The shower had great pressure and stayed warm the whole time.
The automatic blind on the window was slightly fiddly but got it figured out fairly quickly.
The staff I encountered were friendly and I'd come back here again.

Disliked: Staff & service
I paid extra to get a room with a patio I did not get the room with the patio, instead I got a room with a view of a brick wall. All they could say was tough we don't do refunds, so I had to accept it. The bed was comfortable, ignoring the stains on the bedding, which was washed and the shower was nice. However I would not stay again, and expedia my first experience will be my last.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I really like the location of this hotel and the bed was comfy (beside the suede which feels quite dirty as not sure how it could be cleaned properly after each stay), I would just say that it needs a bit more in the rooms, some shelves in the bathroom and hooks for towels, the rooms seem to have a lot of unused space and the rooms could definitely be re arranged to make the room better! There were no bed side tables or lamps, you either have the main light on or none at all, would be good to have some lamps around the room!
Beside the negatives I did really like the design of the hotel and I felt really safe as you can only get in with a key card! The staff were absolutely incredible and I would stay here again if I’m ever in Liverpool again!
