Great location close to shopping centre. Close walking distance to Albert Dock. The spa was amazing and very relaxing. Hotel room walls are pretty thing, you can hear a lot of noise from neighbours, hallway and outside. Staff were wonderful and very friendly.

Lovely big room, bed super comfy! Staff all brilliant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. Spa was nice.. however it was very busy and not enough room in changing rooms at all. Also the lockers did not work. 45 mins was enough time for us.

Anthony on reception was fantastic, a lovely greeting as we arrived , a charming young man who looked immaculate . We love room 616 very clean big comfy bed and great bathroom . We went out to a jazz club and returned to hotel and room service , again super service by a nice young man and the food was excellent . It was nice and quiet on the sixth floor . Next morning we had a nice breakfast again great staff . We Will definitely be returning thank you team Hilton

A bit of feedback is that a £50 security deposit is charged, and takes 3 to 5 business days to be returned. Staff were very friendly. Hotel clean and tidy. Heating did not work in the room.

Room was clean bed was comfortable but was kept awake most the night by the footfall of other guests doors slamming. Ordered a drink from the bar as a nightcap and was charged £36.30 for a double brandy & ice. Nearly fell off my buffet. Check in was a bit cold the receptionist did come across a bit frosty. Clean but cold room but they did bring extra quilt when I asked, bath was great really deep and there was a shower and double sinks,was a bit disappointed in the spa again it was quite cold not the best environment for a massage so I didn’t really enjoy it even though my therapist was really good at her job, breakfast was ok great sausages
