Stayed for two nights and had a great time. It was a family trip so having the pool was great considering the wet and windy weather on one of the days. Very close walk to the city centre as well as all the famous football grounds. Staff were absolutely superb. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in a great position for sightseeing. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and staff attentive. Pool and facilities were good and open for a good amount of time giving you the chance to enjoy these in the evening. Only thing that would have been useful would have been an electric car charger on site.

Great location, good food+drink. The bed's and pillows are very soft with spotless white bedding. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room, nice big TV and nice clean rooms. My only criticism is that being disabled I had to pay £20 per night parking the same as anybody else, I thought it would be free or discounted for blue badge holders, that is my only criticism. The staff were excellent. Great hotel.
