Loved the ceilings and yellow marble walls, massive bathroom, lovely big comfy bed, easy to use heater ,cooler, We had a bad smell of drains for couple of hrs , bizarre, and the shower was big , powerfull but went off totally couple of times, reported it, with many apologies, Staff lovely, would def stay there again

For the money, Aloft Liverpool represented the best value in a hotel I experienced in traveling three months in England, Wales and Scotland. The hotel is in an historic 100 year old building and the rooms are spacious with lots of natural outside light--even the bathroom. There are some great dining-drinking options nearby besides being close to the central core of Liverpool.

Me and my son stayed here for a city break. The staff were all lovely. Especially Steve in the front desk who interacted and kept remembering my son’s name. Room was clean and comfey. Hotel is in an easy walking distance spot for the train stations, museums and shopping.

Great hotel in a great location. Hotel staff are a credit to the property and were fantastic. If you need a city centre hotel to explore Liverpool then I'd highly recommend. Bar was also a highlight. Great cocktails and atmosphere. Rooms are huge with high ceilings and period features retained

Beautiful old hotel unfortunately showing its age and our room had a lot of nasty “spills” all over the walls. Ceilings in dining area falling apart . Buffet breakfast same boring English buffet . Staff was very good though and we had a relaxing space in bar area we could chill in. Hotel very close to cavern club and shopping, outdoor dining. Areas as well as a short walk to Albert dock which was. Huge offset and made it worth while .
